Refund policy

Introduction

Thank you for shopping at The Flair Store. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and a great shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@theflairstore.in to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Send your item to: The Flair Enterprises,  Life Republic, Pune MH 411057.

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied to your account within a 2 -3days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@theflairstore.in.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@theflairstore.in and send your item to: The Flair Enterprises,  Life Republic, Pune MH 411057.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
