Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 8 business days
- Express Shipping: 6 business days
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 20 business days
- Express International Shipping: 15 business days
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Flair Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Flair Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is missing or lost, please contact us at support@theflairstore.in. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that claims for missing or lost packages must be submitted within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
